About William case CF' 

I’m William Case C.F., a Churchill Fellow focused on driving meaningful, people-led change in health and social care.

I work at the intersection of lived experience and systems, making sure the voices of those most affected shape decisions, research and practice. My approach goes beyond consultation to real collaboration, where power is shared and impact is tangible.

Through my Fellowship and ongoing work, I’ve developed and led initiatives in public involvement, youth engagement and co-production, helping organisations bridge the gap between services and the people they exist to serve.

At my core, I believe simple things done well create real change: listen properly, act honestly, and build with people, not around them.
